Stage Fighting - Hand Combat & Sword

Ian Rowsell is running a 4 hour workshop in hand to hand combat and sword fighting at UP Studios in Hamble. Ian trained at LAMDA and TVI Actors Studio L.A. and has worked with some of the leading theatre companies in the UK, including the RSC.

Ian will be covering a range of moves and techniques in stage fighting with equipement provided. Once the technique of certain moves are perfected you will be working in small groups to create fight sequences which will then be filmed as a memento of your training on the day. 

You will need to wear clothes that you feel able and comfortable to move in. This workshop is open to all abilities. Please let us know by emailing rosanna@unexpectedplaces.co.uk if you have any medical or physical conditions that need to be considered to take part.
